2020 saw the grand opening of the cellar door for tastings and then closing due to COVID-19. Two years later we have reopened the cellar door to customers.
At the Bittern Estate cellar door you'll meet various members of the Zerbe family to conduct personal tastings of our single vineyard wines.
With views of the vineyard the cellar door is open from Friday to Monday between 11am-5pm.

The fruit is produced on our property in Bittern, which has been in our family since 1959. Originally an orchard, our grape vines were planted in 1995 and the soil is highly renowned for its quality fruit production.
